1、 Overview of the experimental platform:

Cam mechanisms are not only commonly used mechanisms in machinery, but with the development of modern industry, mechanical automation and semi automation are becoming increasingly popular. In order to achieve the above teaching objectives and expand students' innovative thinking, our company has developed a precision cam profile measurement and simulation design experimental platform.
This system adopts a stepper motor drive to accurately measure the true motion trajectory and displacement of the cam at each angle. Through the computer, the true contour of the cam can be accurately drawn, which facilitates the interaction between experimental teaching and scientific research.
1. By using computers to collect and process the dynamic parameters of the cam mechanism, the measured dynamic parameter curves are obtained, and the motion of the mechanism is simulated using a computer to obtain the corresponding dynamic parameter curves, thus achieving a close integration of theory and practice.
2. Using computers to optimize the structural parameters of the cam mechanism, and then simulating and testing the motion of the cam mechanism through computers, effectively combining computer-aided design with computer simulation and testing analysis, and cultivating students' innovative consciousness.
3. By utilizing the human-computer interaction performance of computers, students can independently conduct experiments and cultivate their hands-on abilities under the guidance of software interface documentation.
