Overview:
The YD-B intelligent hydraulic transmission comprehensive experimental platform is carefully designed based on the requirements of textbooks such as Hydraulic Transmission and Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission, and with reference to the suggestions of teachers and students. The experimental platform adopts advanced hydraulic component technology and innovative module design. Hydraulic components can be conveniently and quickly placed on T-shaped groove aluminum alloy panels, combined with advanced self sealing quick connectors, forming a convenient system combination for insertion and connection.
The YD-B intelligent hydraulic transmission comprehensive experimental platform is based on the YD-A hydraulic transmission comprehensive experimental platform, with the addition of relevant sensors, acquisition cards, testing software, etc. By using a data acquisition card to measure pressure, temperature, power, flow rate, speed, time, etc., testing and analysis software can analyze and process the data, save the test data, draw curves, and export experimental reports, thereby enabling the efficient development of related experimental courses in hydraulic transmission courses.
The YD-B intelligent hydraulic transmission comprehensive experimental platform is suitable for teaching experiments related to courses such as "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission" and "Principles and Applications of PLC Programmable Controllers" in mechanical engineering, electromechanical integration, and automation majors in colleges, technical schools, and vocational schools. 1、 Composition of the experimental platform
The experimental platform consists of several parts, including an experimental workbench, a hydraulic pump station, commonly used hydraulic components, an electrical control unit, and a data acquisition system.
1. Experimental workbench
Working power supply: three-phase four wire 380V, rated power: 1.5KW, rated pressure: 6.3-7Mpa
The experimental workbench consists of an iron body, an electrical cabinet, an oil pipe rack, a computer stand, and an aluminum alloy panel (T-shaped hook groove).
Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate material with a thickness of 2mm from Baosteel; Beautiful and sturdy, equipped with four high-quality shaft type universal wheels at the bottom, easy to move. The bottom of the cabinet is divided into two parts, with the left side used to place the pump station; On the right is a storage cabinet, used to store hydraulic components.
The experimental workbench is composed of an iron main body (made by one-time molding process) and an aluminum profile operation panel. The aluminum alloy profile structure with "T" grooves on the panel allows for easy and arbitrary installation of hydraulic components and overlapping of experimental circuits.

Computer attachment: long × wide × Height=500mm × 650mm (approximately 10kg after packaging)
2. Hydraulic pump station
Rated working pressure of the system: 6.3Mpa. (Up to 7Mpa maximum)
⑴ Motor pump device (1 unit)
Variable vane pump -1 motor:
Variable vane pump: unidirectional, nominal displacement 6.67mL/r, volumetric efficiency 90%;
Motor: three-phase AC voltage, power 2HP 4P, speed 1450r/min;
⑵ Fuel tank: nominal volume 45L; Equipped with liquid level and oil temperature indicators, oil suction filters, air filters, etc
3. Common hydraulic components
Mainly hydraulic components produced by Beijing Huade Group, please refer to the configuration list for details.
Each hydraulic component is equipped with an oil transition bottom plate, which allows for easy and arbitrary placement of hydraulic components on aluminum alloy profile panels.
4. Electrical measurement and control unit
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC): Siemens S7-200 series, SR20, I/O port 20 points, relay output form, power supply voltage: AC 220V/50Hz, control voltage is DC24V, with manual, automatic, delay, sequence and other control functions, and equipped with measuring tools such as pressure gauge, flow meter, power meter, tachometer, and timer.
The standard brand is recommended by our company, and customers can also choose the brand PLC they need according to their own needs.
5. Data collection system

This configuration software can vividly display the flow direction of hydraulic oil, the working status of various internal valve cores of hydraulic valves, the working process of oil cylinders, and the working principle of pumps in real time on the computer screen.
